RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit only pursuant to the following terms.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date of your order.  Returns past the 7-day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  To return an item, place the item securely in it’s original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and of the approval or rejection of your refund.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged.  No exchanges due to incorrect size or fit. Please carefully review the size chart posted with each product prior to ordering.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at our customer service email, agentcrate@gmail.com.  Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving and a photo of the damage must be included to submit for approval of an exchange of the damaged item. 

WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased with store credit OR a discount code are not eligible for return

 

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card, expires after 60 days and is Final Sale
